A JRPG featuring a world of cute paper cutout characters that's being overrun by demonic spirits. The hero, Isabella, is an ordinary girl who begins to notice a series of ghostly hauntings in her small town. To save her city and uncover the mysteries behind the evil spirits, she confronts the monsters with her own two hands.

I challenged myself to create a "Paper Mario" inspired RPG, but importing 2D objects into 3D was tough. Many of the objects, like furniture, are actually 2D sprites strategically placed together to look like a 3D object.
I also needed a cutscene engine to make a story feasible. I coded a GUI that managed animations, text, character portraits, loaded objects, and sounds. This interface could build cutscenes in a quick, step by step process without any additional code.
